An artist's studio is a sacred place. For me it is a place where magic takes place. There are days when I finish a painting session, step back and look at what I've done and wonder how I did that. Where did that come from? The spell of muses, moved by the spirit?
I don't know.
Of course many other days are nothing but drudgery and hard work. Reality!
My studio is where the creativity happens. Whether I'm working out ideas for a mural project, meticulously rendering a hand in a painting, or stretching a convas for the next work, it's all par of the creative process.
